SOC 2 is a widely recognized auditing framework developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) that provides independent assurance that an organization’s controls are properly designed to protect the security and confidentiality of its systems and data.
The audit was conducted by PKF O’Connor Davies, a New York-based accounting and advisory firm.
