BROOKLYN, NY — CTS, an IT and cybersecurity solutions provider dedicated to helping K-12 schools, nonprofits, and businesses thrive through smart, secure and cost-effective technology, today announced the appointment of Sean Murphy as Vice President of Service Delivery.
Sean is a performance-focused, “people-first” technology leader with a career defined by three decades of excellence in service delivery. He has spent nearly 15 of those years helping Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and their clients realize significant business value through IT.
Before joining CTS, Sean served as the VP of Service Delivery at Coretelligent, where he was responsible for the delivery of Remote Support, Field, NOC, and Security offerings. Prior to that, as the Director of Service Delivery for Strategic Verticals at All Covered, he built specialized support organizations for key industries including Legal, Finance, Healthcare, and Education. This deep experience has given him a unique perspective on the technology needs of the K-12 school clients that CTS serves.
As Vice President of Service Delivery, Sean will lead CTS’s Service Delivery organization, overseeing Help Desk, Field Service, SOC, and NOC operations. He will be responsible for defining the strategic direction for service operations and will ensure consistent delivery against customer satisfaction and service-level goals. Sean will play a key role in scaling Service Delivery to support continued growth, with a focus on increasing agility and efficiency through process improvement, AI, and automation.

Sean is a dedicated family man, married with two children – his daughter is studying pharmacy at Binghamton University, and his son is a high school junior. When he isn’t working, he is an avid St. John’s College Basketball fan who also enjoys bowling, golfing, and playing beach volleyball.
