BROOKLYN, NY —Charter Technology Solutions (CTS), a Managed Services Provider dedicated to supporting mission-based organizations with precise tech solutions, unparalleled responsiveness, and over-the-top customer service, announced the promotion of Bryan Lukralle to the role of Chief Strategy Officer. Since joining CTS in 2023, Bryan has held roles of increasing and company-changing responsibility, most recently as Vice President of Client Strategy.
Over the last year, Bryan has layered on a fresh approach to client services with a strong focus on structure, training, personnel development, and the right tech stack to ensure clients are continuously finding additional value with their partnership with CTS. These focus areas have become a unique differentiator for the company.
In addition, Bryan has spun CTS’ Cybersecurity offering into a powerhouse – providing leadership, counsel, creating valuable partnerships and adding new services under the cybersecurity umbrella. He has overseen and put together a package of tools that are not only affordable but have also helped align CTS’ clients to the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
