CTS Welcomes New VP of People and Culture

BROOKLYN, NY —Charter Technology Solutions (CTS), a Managed Services Provider dedicated to supporting mission-based organizations with precise tech solutions, unparalleled responsiveness, and over-the-top customer service, announced the hiring of Marília Ragazzo as VP of People and Culture.

A software engineer turned HR executive and strategist, one of Ragazzo’s key strengths is her ability to help companies transform their operation to unlock employee potential. She thrives at the intersection of data and people, while focusing on safety and equality in the workplace.

Ragazzo’s background is unique, with an all-encompassing understanding of the IT solutions world which makes her job as an HR leader so natural. Marília is an accomplished IT systems development leader with experience in agile methodologies, global project and team management, and expertise in process optimization. In addition, Ragazzo has experience with crucial aspects of HR functions from talent acquisition, ethics and conduct, ESG and DEI, to employer branding workforce planning, people analytics and labor laws. Her extensive knowledge stems from her developing a strong competence in change management.

At CTS, Ragazzo will be responsible for talent planning, talent acquisition, learning and development, compensation and benefits. She will work closely with CEO Sachin Gujral and the leadership team to implement innovative HR strategies while supporting the objectives of CTS’ strategic plan.
